Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix all the issues of network/communication related to third parties and BM subsidiaries.
• Configure and troubleshoot all the core network hardware relating to offsite-ATMs, third parties network devise and core WAN devices.
• Proactively monitor the network and communication in the head offices, large branches and third parties to promptly identify, and resolve any head offices/ large branches network and system problems, performance issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the higher level support teams according to the agreed policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the communication team on preparing the WAN connectivity  structure in the BM buildings and large branches.
• Perform regular checks and analysis on network hardware and software for both building and third parties/subsidiaries network hardware to ensure all the configuration are consistent and all security measures are in place.
• Perform regular maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations for all the local network of buildings.
• Develop and provide reports on buildings/large branches, core network devices and BM third parties/subsidiaries.
• Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures.
