Job Level: Mid-Level

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a mid-junior designer, you will be responsible for crafting user-centered designs that provide a seamless and engaging experience for our users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex ideas into intuitive designs that align with our brand and product vision.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Design user interfaces that align with the company's brand guidelines and ensure consistency across platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to optimize designs.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, usability issues).
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Knowledge of UX principles, user research methods, and usability testing.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
