Responsibilities

🔹 User Research & Strategy
Conduct in-depth user research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests.

Analyze user behavior, pain points, and journey maps to uncover opportunities for improvement.

Translate business objectives into user experience strategies and design goals.

🔹 UX Design
Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and prototypes to illustrate user experience solutions.

Define and maintain information architecture and interaction design best practices.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure user experience alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

🔹 UI Design
Design high-fidelity mockups and visual designs for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability.

Ensure pixel-perfect UI execution and deliver clear design specifications to the development team.

🔹 Collaboration & Leadership
Lead and mentor junior UI/UX designers and review their work to ensure quality and consistency.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams.

Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

🔹 Testing & Optimization
Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to validate design decisions and refine solutions.

Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools to assess design impact and iterate on improvements.

Champion a data-driven approach to design optimization.

🔹 Accessibility & Standards
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

Advocate for user-centered design across the organization.
