Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with a strong technical background to oversee and manage the successful delivery of technology-related projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, product, design, and QA to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors or contractors.
Manage the software development life cycle (SDLC) or Agile process (e.g., Scrum/Kanban).
Track project performance and report progress to stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure adherence to technical standards and company processes.
Facilitate regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (if Agile).
Ensure all documentation, testing, and deployment are properly managed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in tech environments.
Strong understanding of web/app/software development processes.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
