Job Level: Mid-Junior
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to oversee the entire order processing and fulfillment cycle. A pharmacist background is preferred, given the nature of the products we sell.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire order lifecycle, from order placement to delivery.
Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and couriers to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
Monitor order statuses and update customers on shipment tracking.
Track stock levels, ensuring products are always available for sale.
Work closely with the procurement team to avoid stock outs or overstocking.
Assist in quality control and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Address customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and product availability.
Handle order modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
Resolve complaints related to damaged products, missing items, or delivery issues.
Ensure all cosmetic and skincare products comply with regulations.
Maintain accurate records for orders, returns, and refunds.
Identify bottlenecks in order processing and suggest efficiency improvements.
