Reports to: Project Manager

Job Level: Mid-Junior

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support our team in analyzing business data and processes. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying areas for improvement, gathering and documenting business requirements, and providing insights to help streamline operations.

Responsibilities

Data Gathering & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that can help improve business processes.
Requirement Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into clear documentation for development teams.
Process Improvement: Assist in identifying inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend improvements for optimizing performance.
Reporting: Generate detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for senior management.
Project Support: Work with project teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of project deliverables.
User Support: Provide support to business users in understanding new system implementations and process changes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or relevant field.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Basic understanding of business processes and data flow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of business analysis methodologies (e.g., SWOT analysis, requirement gathering).
Familiarity with project management principles.
Exposure to ERP, CRM, or other business systems is advantageous.
Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) or equivalent is a plus.
CMMI standard knowledge is a plus.
