Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor branches WAN network to promptly identify, and resolve any branches network and system problems, performance issues.
• Analyse and interpret network events, alarms and log files.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the higher level support teams according to the agreed policies and procedures.
• Do the required configuration for any the WAN/LAN network hardware related to any branch.
• Perform regular checks on network hardware and software to ensure all the configuration are consistent and all security measures are in place.
• Promptly respond to service desk incidents for supporting/fixing any user 'network request/complain.
• Perform Branches network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
• Develop and provide reports on Branches network performance and utilization to management.
• Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures.
